ArtificialinApps is an indie iOS developer building AI-powered apps designed to be fast, friendly, and privacy-minded. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to ArtificialinApps.
2) Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3) Using the Services
You agree to use the Services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and Apple platform rules.
- Do not misuse the Services, interfere with operation, or attempt to access non-public areas.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Do not use the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
4) AI features & outputs
Some apps include AI features (e.g., image enhancement, style exploration, creative generation, summaries). You understand that AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.
- No professional advice: Outputs are for informational/creative purposes and are not legal, medical, or financial advice.
- User responsibility: You are responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying results before relying on them.
- Content rights: You must own or have permission to upload and process any content you provide.
5) User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., images, text prompts). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate the Services, provide requested features, maintain safety, and improve reliability.

6) Accounts, purchases & subscriptions
Some apps may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments are generally processed through Apple In-App Purchase unless stated otherwise in an app.
- Subscription management and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
- Prices, features, and availability may change. We’ll aim to communicate material changes where feasible.
7) Intellectual property
The Services, including app code, design, UI components, branding, and content (excluding user content), are owned by ArtificialinApps or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless we give you written permission.

11) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtificialinApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.
In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.
12) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArtificialinApps from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if needed for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
