Privacy Policy

Bright, helpful AI apps—crafted for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains how ArtificialinApps (“we”, “us”) handles information across our websites and iOS apps.

Effective date: January 13, 2026 • Contact: goldeniosdev@icloud.com • +62 851-6584-0703

1) Overview

ArtificialinApps builds privacy-minded iOS experiences that feel fast, friendly, and beautifully simple. Our focus is practical AI that solves real problems—without turning your life into data.

Some apps in our portfolio may send user-provided content (such as photos and prompts) to third-party AI services only after user consent in order to generate requested results.

This policy applies to:

  • Our website(s), including artificialinapps.com
  • Our iOS apps and related services (collectively, the “Services”)

2) Privacy-first promise

We aim to collect the minimum necessary to operate and improve the Services. When we use third-party providers (for AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, or payments), we choose options that support privacy and security, and we describe them below.

3) Information we may collect

Depending on the app/feature you use, we may collect the following categories:

Category Examples Why we use it
Contact & support Email address, message content To respond to support requests and communication
Account (if an app offers it) Sign-in identifier, subscription status To enable syncing, premium features, and account management
App usage (optional) Feature usage events, basic device info (non-sensitive) To understand what’s useful and improve UX
Diagnostics Crash logs, performance metrics To fix bugs and improve stability
User content you provide Photos/images, prompts, edits, generated outputs To perform requested AI features and show results
Payments (if applicable) Transaction and subscription metadata To process purchases and provide access to paid features

Note: Specific apps may have additional details in their in-app privacy disclosures.

4) How we use information

  • Provide and operate app features (including AI features you request)
  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Respond to support requests, feedback, and inquiries
  • Process purchases/subscriptions (where applicable)
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

5) AI features & content processing

Some apps include AI-powered features such as image generation, room redesign, visual enhancement, or creative exploration.

When you use these features, the following data may be processed:

  • Photos or images you upload or capture
  • Text prompts, style selections, and design preferences

This data is processed only to provide the requested AI result. We do not use your content for advertising, profiling, or tracking. We do not sell your content.

Important: Some AI processing occurs on-device (when supported). Other AI processing requires securely transmitting content to a third-party AI provider, described below.

5A) User consent for AI processing

Some features in our apps require sending user-provided content to third-party AI services in order to generate results (for example, room redesigns, visual makeovers, or creative outputs).

Before any content is sent, the app clearly informs the user and requests explicit consent. AI processing only occurs after the user agrees.

  • No AI content is processed without user approval
  • Consent can be declined by choosing not to use AI features

6) Third-party services

AI Processing Providers

To deliver AI-powered features, some apps securely transmit user-provided content (such as photos and prompts) to the following third-party AI service:

  • Replicate, Inc. — AI image generation and processing

Data sent to AI providers is:

  • Used only to generate the requested output
  • Not used to identify users
  • Not sold or shared for marketing purposes
  • Not used for advertising targeting or tracking

Depending on the provider’s policies and configurations, AI providers may retain content briefly to operate the service, prevent abuse, or improve reliability. We configure providers for privacy where possible and do not intentionally submit user content for model training.

Analytics (optional)

Some apps may include optional analytics to understand feature usage in aggregate and improve UX. Where available, you may be able to disable analytics in the app settings.

Crash reporting

We may use crash reporting to diagnose stability issues. Crash reports may include device information, app version, and diagnostic logs.

Payments / subscriptions

Purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. We do not receive your full payment card details.

7) Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as troubleshooting, compliance, and security.

  • Support emails: retained as needed to resolve the issue and maintain records
  • Diagnostics: retained for a limited period to investigate crashes/performance
  • AI processing content: images and prompts are transmitted temporarily to generate results and are not stored permanently by ArtificialinApps

Retention by third-party providers may vary according to their policies. Where possible, we choose privacy-friendly configurations.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep infrastructure stable and responsibly maintained.

9) Your choices & rights

You may have rights depending on where you live, such as accessing, correcting, or deleting personal data. You can also:

  • Contact us to request access/deletion of data associated with support communications
  • Disable analytics where the app provides a setting (if available)
  • Manage subscriptions via your Apple ID settings (for iOS purchases)
  • Decline AI processing consent by not using AI features that require third-party processing

To submit a request, email goldeniosdev@icloud.com.

10) Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11) International data transfers

If you access the Services from outside our operating region, your information may be processed in other countries where our providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable laws.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements, legal requirements, or changes in features/providers. We will update the “Effective date” at the top when changes are made.
